ABOUT ME

Hi :) I'm Lisa

I’m originally from the east Coast and have been living in LA for about 16 years now. I’m mom to an elementary aged child who loves nothing more than singing 80s music and also mom to a super chill rescue dog named Oreo.

For as far back as I can remember I’ve always had a camera in hand. As a child, I started shooting with film and was lucky enough to go a high school that offered photography classes. It was there that I learned how to develop film. I’ve since moved on to digital.

What’s in my camera bag? A Canon 5D Mark IV.

Favorite lens? Ooh it’s a tie between my Canon 70-200mm 2.8 or my Sigma 85mm Art Lens.

Favorite type of photography? So hard to choose! I love doing family portraits and creating keepsake moments for families, however, there’s something so special about shooting kids’ events.  You might see me around town capturing Little League games, parties, graduations, talent shows, AYSO soccer games, and whatever else pops up.  Being in beautiful Southern California, I also love capturing landscape nature shots. During lockdown my son and I started a fun project of shooting up close photos of dew drops and flowers. To this day it’s still something I love to do.

I’ve had my work in People Magazine and on Access Hollywood.  I also hold a Child Performer Services permit (https://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/Child_performer_services_permit.htm) so if you’re a parent or guardian to a kid in the entertainment industry and you’re looking to refresh their social media with some fun shots or unique portraits I’m your person!
When I’m not out shooting I work in marketing.  Thanks for stopping by my site <3 <3 <3
